Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for its Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time role. The position supports virtual evaluations for Oscar Health Insurance members with potential cross-training to Virtual Urgent Care.

You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment, and work from a remote home office with occasional team travel for meetings and events. The role is 20 hours per week.

Competenze

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: FL required; TX/OH/NJ preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement with physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and ensure closed-loop communication with patients and providers.
• Utilize remote home monitoring tools for virtual exams.
• Collaborate with care team including RNs, MAs, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians.
• Attend meetings to support patient care and service lines.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
