Job summary

Vindara Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care to patients with multi-system chronic illnesses. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to the Chief Medical Officer.

You will oversee a dedicated patient panel with states coverage including Colorado, Washington, Arizona, and Utah, and collaborate on innovative, protocol-driven care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited school of nursing, or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with at least five years of clinical experience.
• Current AANP or ANCC board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP), or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP).
• Demonstrated experience with managing complex chronic conditions (e.g., dysautonomia, immunological disorders, infections) and long‑term care plans.
• Extreme comfort with digital tools, SaaS platforms, cloud‑based EMRs, and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual evaluations and establish complex differential diagnoses for patients with multi-system chronic illnesses.
• Manage long-term, comprehensive treatment plans including off-label, evidence-based protocols (e.g., Low-Dose Naltrexone, mast cell stabilizers, dysautonomia medications).
• Provide trauma-informed, validation-focused patient advocacy and education on pacing, triggers, and lifestyle adaptations.
• Collaborate with a small team using a modern telehealth platform and documentation tools to deliver high-quality care.
• Contribute feedback to executive leadership to help optimize clinical workflows and digital platform features.
