Job summary

Vindara Health seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a dedicated panel of patients with multi-system chronic illnesses. You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to deliver personalized, longitudinal care in a fully remote setting across the United States.

You will leverage a modern telehealth platform, provide education, and help advance evidence-based protocols while maintaining thorough medical documentation and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• DNP or MSN in Nursing with board-eligible or -certified NP/PA credentials.
• Minimum five years clinical experience in complex chronic care settings.
• Experience using telehealth and cloud-based EMR systems.
• Board certification in FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP is required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive virtual evaluations and long-term management of complex patients.
• Utilize off-label, evidence-based protocols including LDN and mast cell meds.
• Provide trauma-informed patient advocacy and education on pacing and triggers.
• Collaborate with the CMO and team using a modern telehealth platform.
