Job summary

Vindara Health, a clinician-led telehealth practice, seeks a full-time NP or PA to manage a dedicated panel of complex patients remotely across multiple states. You will collaborate with Dr. Kaufman and our CMO to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care and leverage modern digital tools to support patient outcomes.

You will apply innovative, off-label treatment protocols, maintain meticulous clinical documentation, and participate in shaping our proprietary workflows and educational resources.

Qualifications

• DNP or MSN with at least five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current AANP or ANCC board certification as FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP.
• Experience managing complex chronic conditions via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and long-term care plans for complex patients.
• Utilize off-label, evidence-based treatments (LDN, mast cell stabilizers, dysautonomia protocols).
• Provide trauma-informed education and patient advocacy to address gaps in care.
• Use modern telehealth tools to document and coordinate care with the team.
• Contribute feedback to leadership to improve workflows and platform features.
