Job summary

Vindara Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinician-led telehealth team. You will manage a dedicated panel of complex patients and collaborate with our Chief Medical Officer to deliver individualized, longitudinal care.

Qualifications

• DNP or MSN with 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current AANP or ANCC board certification as FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and establish differential diagnoses for complex patients.
• Manage long-term treatment plans and protocol adjustments.
• Collaborate with the CMO to refine clinical workflows and care delivery tools.
• Provide trauma-informed patient advocacy and education.
• Maintain high-quality medical documentation using telehealth platforms.
