Job summary

Column is seeking an Automated Affidavits Representative to oversee affidavit signing, remote notarization, and compliance across a growing national footprint. The role requires active notary status and experience with Remote Online Notarization, working with notary vendors to scale operations efficiently.

You will manage affidavit queues, ensure accuracy, and help translate jurisdictional requirements into scalable workflows and templates.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active notary commission.
• Authorized to perform Remote Online Notarizations.
• Experience notarizing documents and managing notary workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with external notary vendors.

Responsibilities

• Sign affidavits as Column signatory; perform remote notarizations.
• Manage signing/notarization queues meeting SLAs.
• Identify and resolve missing information and errors in affidavits.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely completions.
• Develop scalable processes for growing affidavit volume.
• Translate requirements into templates, workflows and docs.
