Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Manager for the Not-for-Profit team in the Client Accounting Advisory practice. This remote/hybrid role leads the Not-for-Profit accounting team, delivering expert GAAP-based accounting, financial reporting, and client advisory services to nonprofit and government-funded entities.

Qualifications

• BA required; MBA and/or CPA a plus.
• Proven ability to drive corporate accounting processes (cash, AR/AP, close, payroll).
• Strong GAAP knowledge and consolidation/financial reporting experience.
• Experience with nonprofit and federal/state grants (Uniform Guidance).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Not-for-Profit accounting team; ensure timely client deliverables.
• Perform and assist with complex accounting services for clients.
• Lead a global team; train and guide on accounting principles; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage monthly financials, budgets, and client billings; monitor AR and collections.
• Ensure quality control and process improvements in client work and operations.
• Develop subject matter expertise for supported industry verticals.
• Mentor, recruit, and contribute to team-building activities.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with AICPA standards and firm policies.
