Job summary

SupportYourApp is expanding its talent bench for a global, remote Customer Support Consultant role. We seek individuals who communicate in Norwegian and English, support customers across channels, and maintain security and data privacy while delivering high service levels.

Qualifications

• Native Norwegian and good English at B2 level or higher.
• 6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
• CRM systems expertise.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats and emails.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
• Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.
• Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
