Job summary

AMALIE Oil Company is seeking a dynamic Northeast Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across multiple states. This remote, home-based role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) to build distributor relationships and pursue new business opportunities.

You will report to the National Sales Manager and work with the sales team to increase revenue while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-state sales territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new accounts within the territory.
• Maintain and expand distributor partnerships.
• Provide market insights and competitive analysis.
• Prepare accurate sales data for leadership and CRM records.
• Manage pricing, quotes, and multi-level discounts.
• Plan travel efficiently to maximize client meetings while controlling expenses.
• Ensure timely reports and compliance with directives.
