Job summary

CollegeSpring seeks a Regional Executive Director, Southeast to lead the region's overall success, growing impact by securing revenue and partnerships, expanding into new markets, and ensuring top-tier program delivery. Report to the CEO and guide regional staff toward ambitious outcomes.

Responsibilities include regional fundraising, partner management, and cross-functional leadership to align with CollegeSpring's program standards, while driving student outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in education, nonprofit, public sector, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational growth through partnerships, business development, or market expansion.
• Proven fundraising experience with foundations, corporations, government, and major donors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional growth strategy by identifying new districts, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and funding opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, government agencies, major donors, and strategic partners to achieve regional goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with national Program, Advancement, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to align regional execution with standards.
