Job summary

Azenta Inc. seeks an Account Manager for Consumables & Instruments covering the Northeast. The role is remote in the US, with frequent travel (>50%) within NY, OH, RI, NH, VT, ME, DE, MI.

You will drive selling of PCR consumables, storage, and instruments to labs and pharma clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management within life sciences, a biology-focused degree, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Biology or Life Sciences preferred).
• 5+ years in account management selling to lab stakeholders within a defined Northeast region.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with sample storage and/or molecular biology market is desirable.
• Strong business acumen and consultative client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop accounts within your territory.
• Conduct presentations to customers.
• Handle complex sales opportunities on a direct basis.
• Collaborate with Azenta product-line reps to sell the full solution.
• Travel frequently within the Northeast region (>50%).
