Job summary

TechnipFMC plc seeks a seasoned Payroll Manager to lead NAM payroll operations, deliver accurate, compliant payroll across multiple entities, and drive standardization and automation. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to enable scalable service delivery and a superior employee experience.

The role requires 10+ years in payroll, strong leadership, and experience with time and attendance systems, ADP or SAP. Hybrid work schedule with four days in office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across multi-state, multi-country payrolls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related field; professional payroll certification preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience through transformational change.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax, compliance, internal controls, and payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across NAM region with KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive global time project deployment and align local pay rules with global templates.
• Coach and develop regional payroll team for continuous improvement.
• Oversee tax reporting, deductions, reconciliations, and payroll accounting.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
