Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner to define and govern the enterprise talent philosophy and strategy, partnering with HR and business leaders to improve readiness and internal mobility.

You will own career development ecosystems, succession programs, and use AI-enabled insights to strengthen leadership pipelines. This remote role requires travel up to 25% and offers strategic impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise talent management and related initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to develop talent strategies.
• Experience designing career frameworks and competency models.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, influence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using workforce data to identify risks, trends and opportunities.
• Knowledge of talent management best practices and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern and continuously evolve Nordic's enterprise talent management strategy, operating model and standards.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce capability, succession vulnerabilities and future requirements.
• Own Nordic's career development ecosystem including pathways, competency frameworks and internal mobility standards.
• Establish enterprise talent strategies including early-career and high-potential programs.
• Enable leaders through talent processes and accountability frameworks.
• Translate talent insights into strategic recommendations with business leaders.
• Serve as trusted advisor on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead enterprise talent review and succession planning processes.
• Champion AI-enabled workforce readiness by integrating AI into talent development strategies.
