Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nonprofit CFO (AVP) to oversee CFO services for multiple nonprofit clients from a remote base in Detroit, MI.

You will manage direct reports and ensure full-cycle accounting, including financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and audit support. You will lead strategic financial analyses, develop budgets and forecasts, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-saving and revenue opportunities across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 8+ years of industry-specific experience and 10+ years in senior accounting roles (DOF/Controller/CFO/CAO).
• Experience with health and human service organizations preferred.
• Federal grant administration/management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for nonprofit clients, offering strategic financial guidance.
• Analyze budgets, cash flow, and financial statements to identify improvements and efficiency.
• Collaborate to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with long-term goals.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of timely financial reports to clients.
• Deliver financial presentations to key stakeholders.
