Planned Parenthood of Michigan seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, treasury, budgeting, and financial planning for PPMI and PPAM. You will report to the CEO and work with senior leaders to drive mission-aligned financial decisions.

The role is hybrid with in-person collaboration in Ann Arbor and remote work. Requires 8–10 years in financial leadership, with non-profit and healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; 8–10 years of financial management experience.
• Non-profit and healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the nonprofits.
• Oversee treasury, accounting, audits, and compliance.
• Collaborate with CEO and executives on strategic financial planning.
• Ensure financial solvency and ROI targets.
