Qualifications

• Hands-on QuickBooks experience required or preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data organization abilities.
• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly close and financial reports for nonprofit clients.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll tasks.
• Communicate with clients professionally and manage workflow.
