Job summary

FirstResource is seeking a proactive Non-IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to join our team. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across multiple non-IT sectors, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, BFSI, and Consulting.

You will source, screen, and present candidates, coordinate interviews with clients, and ensure timely closure of roles while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm.
• Experience in non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, BFSI, Consulting, Smart Metering, or related sectors.
• Hands-on sourcing and screening using job portals and professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple non-IT industries.
• Source candidates through portals, networks, referrals, and databases; screen and present suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates; provide timely feedback and updates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation; track offers and joining status.
• Aim for high-quality submissions and timely closures; meet recruitment targets.
