Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico seeks a Network Operations Center Technician to monitor and maintain network and infrastructure systems. The role involves analyzing performance, troubleshooting, and documenting actions to improve service reliability.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams, following written work instructions in English, and may travel to the Santa Isabel site as needed.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience working with networking technologies, protocols, and monitoring tools.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, programs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
• Support larger, moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive service reliability.
• Explain policies and system behaviors to team members and customers.
