Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a Remote NOC Technician to monitor and maintain network and infrastructure systems. The technician works with limited supervision and influences others through clear communication of policies and best practices.

A University Degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required; familiar with networking protocols and monitoring tools; certifications such as Network+ or CCNA are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 2 years in a relevant role.
• Experience with networking technologies, protocols and monitoring tools.
• Experience with enterprise systems, programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve incidents before escalation.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
• Support moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and operations teams to drive service reliability.
• Explain policies and system behaviors to team members and customers.
