DAS Health is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to provide advanced networking and systems support for managed services clients. You will be the first point of contact, resolve escalations beyond Tier 2, and help maintain service continuity while building expertise across network, server, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.

The role requires hands-on networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud experience (Azure/Entra).

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Handle advanced escalations across network, server, cloud, security, and client-impacting issues.
Independently troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and connectivity issues across varied client environments.
Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, backups, remote desktop, MFA, and related infrastructure issues.
Monitor, triage, document, and respond to technical alerts and time-sensitive tickets in accordance with established procedures and escalation protocols.
Maintain clear ownership and visibility of high-priority issues through accurate documentation, client updates, and effective handoffs.
