Job summary

DAS Health is seeking a Network Engineer to support, deploy, and maintain client and DAS Health network environments. You will provide hands‑on network engineering support for escalated incidents, client projects, deployments, upgrades, and network changes across LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, firewall, switching, routing, and IP voice technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience with network admin duties.
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, firewall, switching, routing, IP voice, and related protocols.
• Experience with Cisco routing, firewalling, switching, and wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support client data and voice networks through escalated incidents, projects, and day-to-day tasks.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams on professional services projects, troubleshooting, deployments, and network changes.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless, firewall, switching, routing, and IP voice technologies.
• Analyze monitoring, logging, and debug data to identify issues and restore service quickly.
• Maintain WAN and LAN availability using monitoring tools and coordinate with carriers or vendors as needed.
• Document network configuration changes and maintain change-process documentation.
