Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a Gaming Compliance Analyst for a remote role based in New Jersey. You will work with the Gaming Compliance Manager to ensure we meet state and federal gaming laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, managing licensing audits, coordinating with regulators and market access partners, and guiding multiple business units on compliance practices. A bachelor's degree and gambling-industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in online or land-based gambling industry preferred, especially in Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory Operations.
Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions.
Strong judgment, independence, and discretion.

Responsibilities

Ensure enterprise-wide test accounts comply with policy and state regulations.
Review Suspicious Behavior Reports before sending to partner and Division of Gaming Enforcement.
Action Prohibited Sports Pool Participant alerts and prepare notifications to partner and DGE.
Verify gaming account information before re-activating after self-exclusion.
Review weekly licensing reports to ensure action on revoked licenses.
Assist in gathering information for regulator inquiries and market access partners.
Provide compliance guidance to all business units.
Interface with gaming regulators and market access partners across jurisdictions.
Assist in audits to detect non-compliance and improve internal controls.
