Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Gaming Compliance Analyst to join our distributed team. This remote role requires the candidate to be located in New Jersey and to work closely with the Gaming Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

Key duties include reviewing compliance of enterprise-wide production test accounts, analyzing Suspicious Behavior Reports, and coordinating with regulators and market access partners across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in online gambling or similar regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enterprise-wide production test accounts comply with company policy and state regulations.
• Review Suspicious Behavior Reports before forwarding to partner and regulator.
• Handle Prohibited Sports Pool Participant alerts and notify partner/regulator.
• Verify gaming accounts before re-activation after self-exclusion.
• Review weekly licensing reports to action license revocation as needed.
• Assist in gathering information for regulator inquiries and market access.
• Provide compliance guidance to business units and interact with regulators/partners.
• Assist with periodic reviews and audits for regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
