Job summary
Hard Rock Digital, a leader in online sportsbook and gaming, is seeking a Gaming Compliance Analyst to join our remote team based in New Jersey. You will work with the Gaming Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to state and federal laws.
Responsibilities cover reviewing reports, licenses, and regulator inquiries; building relationships with regulators; guiding business units on compliance matters; and supporting audits and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and relevant regulatory exposure.
- Experience in online gambling or regulatory operations preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage licensing inquiries.
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance for enterprise production test accounts per policy and state rules.
- Review Suspicious Behavior Reports before submission to regulators.
- Prepare notifications and gather information for partner and regulatory bodies.
- Verify gaming accounts against self-exclusion lists before reactivation.
- Assist in licensing reports and monitor employee gaming licenses.
