Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Gaming Compliance Analyst to work remotely with a requirement to be located in New Jersey. You will collaborate with the Gaming Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to state and federal laws across jurisdictions, reviewing accounts, licenses, and regulatory inquiries.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, strong communication, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while maintaining high ethical standards and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be located in New Jersey.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in online or physical gambling industry preferred, especially in Compliance/Legal/Regulatory Operations.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain independent work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions.
• Strong judgment, ethics, and discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Professional, honest, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enterprise-wide production test accounts comply with policy and state regulations.
• Review Suspicious Behavior Reports before escalation to partner and Division of Gaming Enforcement.
• Action Prohibited Sports Pool Participant alerts and prepare notifications for authorities.
• Verify gaming account information before reactivation after self-exclusion removal.
• Review licensing reports and act on employees with revoked licenses.
• Assist in regulator inquiries and respond to market access inquiries.
• Provide compliance guidance to business units.
• Interface with gaming regulators and market access partners across jurisdictions.
• Participate in audits and ensure internal controls.
