Job summary

International Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader for our 24/7 Assistance division. The role is fully remote with a night shift pattern from 20:00 to 08:00, on a 5 on/5 off rotation, overseeing Case Managers and ensuring service delivery excellence globally.

You will lead and coach the team, handle escalations and case management, and drive improvements while maintaining high standards and client satisfaction across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Team Leader or senior Case Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee service delivery and maintain high standards to meet SLAs.
• Support escalations, case management, and ensure professional, empathetic customer interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies across the team.
