Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer service, or field roles is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for Door-to-Door Sales Representative roles across Canada.
• Create and post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Proactively source candidates via resume databases, social media, referrals, and more.
• Screen candidates for communication, sales potential, availability, and motivation.
• Conduct initial telephone and virtual interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and track pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to adjust strategies and meet targets.
