Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring needs to onboarding handoffs—for technology roles across data, AI, cloud, software, and related areas.

You will source proactively, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and build a warm bench of pre-vetted consultants while expanding our Canadian tech network and collaborating with distributed teams across Canada, the US, and Latin America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in IT/tech hiring.
• Active headhunting, proactive sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Strong Canadian tech community network with benches/pipelines.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple recruitment processes and grow a talent network.
• Familiar with Canadian employment practices and contractor engagements.
• Experience using ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in recruitment/HR.
• Fluent in English; French/Spanish a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; Alberta preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from hiring requirements to onboarding handoffs.
• Source and engage technology professionals across data, AI, cloud, software eng, and related areas.
• Assess candidates for technical capabilities, client fit, and role alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and provide timely communication.
• Build and maintain a warm bench of pre-vetted consultants.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, past candidates, and former contractors.
• Collaborate with Growth and Resourcing to anticipate demand and build shortlists.
• Expand relationships within Canadian tech communities via meetups and events.
• Keep candidate profiles, skills, rates, availability up-to-date in ATS/CRM.
• Monitor talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring regulations.
