Job summary

Serco is seeking a Network and Systems Surveillance Technician for a 100% remote role with an overnight schedule (10pm–6am MST). You will monitor networks, coordinate outages, and triage Tier I inputs to ensure secure, reliable IT operations for government clients.

Candidate must be eligible for DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. The position requires an associate degree or an equivalent 2-year experience, plus 1+ year in related work.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Associate degree; or High School diploma with 2 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT/network experience.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Active Directory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical response for outage monitoring and triage for Tier I inputs.
• Real-time operations support during major incidents and triage/escalation as needed.
• Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
