Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret security clearance eligibility.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Familiarity with Active Directory principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate outage response and triage for Tier I inputs.
• Provide real time operations support during major incidents and triage issues.
• Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
