Seven Counties is seeking a Crisis Intervention Counselor for full-time night shifts (8pm–4am) on Sunday–Wednesday, totaling 32 hours weekly. The role focuses on crisis, suicide, and homicide intervention by phone and requires strong documentation and confidentiality across a remote/telework environment.

Minimum one year in crisis intervention or behavioral health is expected; a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related fields is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Services or related field.
• One year of crisis intervention or behavioral health experience.
• Ability to work in a remote, 24/7/365 mental health service environment.
• Strong decision-making under stress.
• Excellent communication in a remote team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide crisis, suicide and homicide intervention counseling over the telephone.
• Document and maintain accurate records of interventions.
• Supervise volunteers and staff counselors on shifts as assigned.
• Deliver crisis intervention training and consultation to others as requested.
• Represent CIC in internal and external activities to promote resources.
