Job summary

Seven Counties seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide intake and therapy (group, individual, family) on a third shift schedule. The role includes documenting psychosocial assessments, case notes, and court reports, plus collaboration with schools and health partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services with certification or licensure in area of specialization (e.g., LPCC, LPCA, LMFT).
• Three to six months of internship or practicum experience.
• Knowledge of psychotherapy, human behavior, treatment modalities, and related issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a caseload with varying levels of client need.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions (group, individual, family) and crisis intervention.
• Maintains service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, court reports, letters).
• Assesses progress and develops treatment planning based on outcomes and professional opinion.
• Collaborates with school officials, families, and health agencies on programs and client needs.
• Attends staff and treatment planning meetings and provides information for program development.
