Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (GHL or similar).
• Comfort with Zoom and scheduling platforms like Acuity.
• Ability to manage a full calendar and follow-up tasks without dropping threads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare thoroughly before every discovery call by reviewing background, goals, and health concerns.
• Guide with integrity, answer questions accurately, and set clear expectations without pressure.
• Document outcomes, update CRM, and ensure no one falls through the cracks; review prospective patients weekly.
