Job summary

Modern Thyroid Clinic is seeking a Discovery Call Specialist to be the first human voice for prospective patients. You will conduct complimentary discovery calls over Zoom, listen with empathy, and build trust to help individuals decide if our thyroid care is the right fit.

Core duties include explaining telehealth processes, costs, and expectations, while guiding conversations toward the best patient outcome.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting discovery calls.
• Experience in consultative onboarding.
• Excellent verbal communication, warm and clear.
• Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States and eligible for E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary discovery calls with prospective patients via Zoom.
• Listen, build trust, and guide conversations toward informed decisions.
• Explain telehealth care, costs, and what makes providers different.
• Invite prospective patients to begin care when it is the right fit.
• Represent the clinic's mission and values in every interaction.
