Job summary

Indivisible Project is seeking a New Media Manager to independently manage creator campaigns and cultivate partnerships across platforms. This full-time role reports to the National Director of Communications and requires about 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in digital media, communications, political campaigns, or creator activations.
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, or digital talent in various settings.
• Familiarity with major new media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, and Bluesky.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and tracking systems.
• Experience drafting written materials such as creator briefs, campaign deliverables and campaign language.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators and new media partners across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, and Bluesky.
• Build and manage the creator partnership pipeline, from outreach to relationship management.
• Expand the network into new audiences and communities, including micro-creators.
• Monitor emerging creators and trends to identify potential collaborators and opportunities.
• Support creator campaigns by developing briefs, coordinating reviews, and tracking deliverables.
