Job summary

indaHash is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to identify influencers and UGC creators, manage outreach, negotiations and agreements, and build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities and product launches. You will coordinate content, feedback and approvals, adapt creator content for brand channels and write engaging Polish copy.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and influencer or UGC marketing.
• Fluent Polish with excellent copywriting skills.
• Good command of English.
• Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok analytics tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage influencers and UGC creators, including outreach, negotiations and agreements.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities and product launches.
• Coordinate content, feedback and approvals, including graphic asset briefs.
• Adapt creator content for brand channels and write engaging copy in Polish.
• Schedule and publish posts and stories, moderate comments and respond per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate paid amplification with the media specialist.
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and keep deliverables on schedule.
