Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of office experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute and accuracy preferred.
• Experience with data entry or insurance administration is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Process a minimum of 200 life insurance and annuity applications per week using various systems.
• Review, audit and issue applications per state and company guidelines.
• Maintain customer privacy and protect sensitive data.
• Review unclear requests and escalate as needed; document steps taken.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and assist with implementations.
• Assist team to meet turnaround expectations and participate in team activities.
