Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening of confidential high priority new business intake requests.
• Issue client and matter numbers for new business intake requests accurately.
• Assist with responding to the New Business Intake Department email box.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy.
• Communicate with lawyers and assistants on new business intake requests.
• Assist in firm technology projects related to new business intake.

Skills

Experience in law firm environment

Proficiency in Intapp

Familiarity with iManage

Knowledge of Jira

Understanding of S&P Capital IQ

Experience with Aderant
