Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, coordination, and tracking of management services across multiple sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and partner organizations to ensure contracts are met and programs run smoothly, with a focus on patient experience and service quality.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and travel to clinic and hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in management and program development.
• 3-5 years experience in healthcare or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, implementation, and organization of neurosurgical programming services.
• Own and manage scheduling and committee support at the co-management site.
• Lead charter planning and development of committees for education, training, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze operational trends with directors and managers to develop action plans for process improvement.
• Convene stakeholders and facilitate change processes per action plans.
• Define and implement project scope, goals, timelines, tasks, quality and resources for service deliverables.
• Interface with providers and quality/education/research supports for contracted services.
• Integrate internal GCBS educational/operational initiatives into partner operations.
• Communicate program information to physician partners and leadership team.
• Serve on internal committees and represent GCBS to external organizations and agencies.
• Demonstrate commitment to GCBS Mission and Values.
• Primarily remote work with frequent travel to multiple sites; occasional out-of-state travel.
• Other related duties as assigned.
