Job summary

Spaulding Clinical is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead client-sponsored clinical research projects with minimal travel. You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management, while coordinating across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory, and Finance teams.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with sponsors, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical research or CRO project management for PM role; 5+ for Sr PM.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and sponsor expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and change orders.
• Prepare status reports, risk logs, and governance materials.
• Escalate issues and drive issue resolution with sponsors and internal teams.
• Mentor junior project staff and contribute to process improvements.
