Job summary

Natus Medical is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to deliver advanced technical implementation, integration, and support for Neurology systems. You will focus on server architecture, infrastructure design, and enterprise deployments, partnering with customer IT teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 5 years of relevant field service experience performing installations, training, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical implementation, integration, and support for Natus Neurology systems.
• Manage Neurology software implementations in customer-hosted architectures including server architecture, MSSQL database support, remote application delivery, VDI builds, storage configurations, HL7 integrations & networking/routing.
• Escalation support & issue resolution including on-site when needed.
• Maintain CRM documentation and comply with quality system procedures.
• Stay current with software/hardware developments through product and internal training.
