Job summary

Natus Medical is seeking a Professional Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical implementations for Neurology systems, focusing on server architecture, MSSQL, and enterprise deployments. You will partner with customer IT teams to design and optimize system performance, reliability, and secure data flows across projects.

The role requires strong technical and consultative skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
• 5 years of field service installations, training, and troubleshooting (medical device experience preferred).
• Certification in at least two areas such as SQL Server, Server Administration, Citrix, VMware Horizon, HL7 Interface administration, Isilon or Pure Storage, Cloud Architecting.
• Strong hardware/software configuration skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and solution design for Neurology systems, including server architecture and MSSQL support.
• Manage customer IT coordination, deployments, and data flow security.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues with remote and onsite support.
• Document project notes and ensure compliance with Quality System procedures.
