Job summary

Natus Medical is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to deliver advanced technical implementations, integration, and on-site support for Neurology systems. You will focus on server architecture, infrastructure design, and enterprise deployments, partnering with customer IT teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years of field service experience with medical devices preferred.
• Certification in at least 2 areas (e.g., SQL Server DB admin, Server Admin, HL7, Citrix, or virtualization) or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations in customer-hosted architectures (server, SQL, VDI, networking).
• Ensure solutions meet customer IT standards and Natus requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into implementation plans and secure data flows.
• Support escalations with clear communication and resolution tracking.
