Job summary

EVERSANA is hiring a Remote – Based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) for Neurology. You will build relationships with health care providers, educate on neurology products, and drive territory sales from a remote home office.

Competitive compensation, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits accompany this role. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years in outbound virtual sales, preferably in neurology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual Sales role.
• Neurology knowledge a plus; REMs experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Veeva CRM a plus.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical data and engage physicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete product training to develop disease state and product messaging knowledge.
• Deliver core selling messages for promoted products.
• Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals.
• Ensure sample and literature requests are generated and followed up.
• Maintain CRM entries on targeted customer calls and outcomes.
• Travel occasionally and work from a remote home office.
• Comply with PDMA, regulatory policies and company guidelines.
