Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts to join our remote-first neurology and memory care team. This patient-facing role delivers telehealth care to Local Infusion patients in partnership with physicians.

You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, manage ongoing treatment, educate families on diagnoses and progression, and document care in the EMR in a compliant, timely manner.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions via telehealth.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians including prescribing therapies.
• Partner with our neurologist(s) and broader care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR consistent with regulatory requirements.
