Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts to join our remote care team focused on neurology and memory care. This telehealth role delivers patient-facing care and partners with physicians to expand access and speed treatment.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, prescribe therapies, educate patients and families, and maintain compliant EMR documentation while collaborating with the neurology team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massachusetts NP delivering care via telehealth.
• 2+ years in neurology, memory care or dementia care.
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions via telehealth
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment with supervising physicians including prescribing therapies
• Collaborate with neurologists and care team to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
