Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Neurology Nurse Field Case Manager to oversee patient and physician caseload across Canada, combining in-home and telehealth support with travel as needed.

You will coordinate care, monitor adherence, facilitate reimbursement, document thoroughly, and educate patients and providers. Strong nursing credentials, neurology experience, and proficiency with Salesforce are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license in the province of employment.
• BScN preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• Neurology disease state experience (Parkinson’s) is an asset.
• Proficient in reimbursement landscape.
• Recent experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP).
• Demonstrated customer/account focus with PSP value.
• Fluently bilingual in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient and physician/clinic caseload.
• Work from home with 50–75% travel within territory, including overnight stays.
• Act as primary resource for patients, physicians, HC professionals, and vendors.
• Coordinate and facilitate client progress from enrollment through therapy.
• Document thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and transitions.
• Provide reimbursement status updates and address training requirements.
• Report adverse events and product complaints promptly.
• Promote communication among MDs/ pharma/ patients/ clinic staff.
• Deliver in-clinic, in-home, long-term care, and hospital trainings.
• Build relationships on behalf of the program and collaborate with pharma reps.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethics; pursue quality improvements.
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development.
