Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Neurology Account Director to lead institutional engagements across AMCs and neuromuscular centers in the Northeast region. You will own formulary strategy, drive access, and coordinate infusion center education and pull-through to maximize patient access and revenue.

Responsibilities include building multi-account plans, navigating P&T committees, partnering with Market Access, and leading data-driven performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD, RN or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10–12+ years institutional sales, market access, or account management in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience with hospital/AMC formulary processes, P&T committees, and buy-and-bill contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of ~10–12 AMCs and neuromuscular centers as institutional commercial lead.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans including formulary strategy and patient access pathways.
• Navigate institutional buying environments with P&T committees, contracting, and infusion center operations.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with neurology leadership, pharmacists, infusion nurses and medical directors.
