Salary range: $183,100 - $305,200 annually, with significant travel expected within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years institutional sales, market access, or account management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Experience with hospital/AMC formulary processes and P&T committee engagement.
• Strong clinical acumen to engage physicians and medical directors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10-12 AMCs and specialty centers in assigned U.S. region.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
• Lead formulary and pathway submissions and presentations at targeted institutions.
