The Ladders seeks a Manager, Product Trainer Neuro - Immunology to lead the design and delivery of training programs that strengthen product knowledge and disease-state understanding across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build role-specific learning experiences, shape continuing education content, assess learning needs, and ensure training investments are deployed effectively across the portfolio. This is a remote role with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product, disease-state, and portfolio.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to partner across various functions.

• Lead the design and implementation of training curricula for product and disease-state knowledge.
• Develop content for continuing education and internal training meetings.
• Conduct ongoing learning needs analyses to refine training strategies.
• Create role-specific curricula for customer-facing teams.
